Promising Product
Got me a tier 3 and so far feel that there is a lot of potential in SMS-IT. But since quite a bit of their features are still yet to be completed, I can only comment based on what's available now on the platform.
What I Like:
- Cool Friendly User Interface
- Twilio replacement with free SMS messaging (just pay monthly telco subscription fee)
- Very responsive support team (they replied almost immediately or latest within 24 hours for an inquiry sent on a weekend)
What I Don't Like:
- Limited numbers
- No direct WhatsApp Business APP (non-API) connection (imagine how easy it would be to use our WhatsApp scanner on our mobile to scan QR code on the platform for connection)
- No Workflow Automation Included. The lowest available paid version cost of $299/mo is too costly compared to what I paying for my current Kommo account.
To sum it up, if you are only going for free SMS messaging and CRM features then SMS-IT is a good buy. But if looking for Workflow Automation or more and are price-sensitive, believe there may be other competitive options out there.
