SMS-IT can literally save you a bundle if your using other services for SMS marketing. I don’t need to cover the features as their all listed here, but I’m very glad I went full stack on this. You can use your Twilio account if you have a small list if you want, but for any larger lists, the ability to use your phone is a cost savings gamechanger. After talking with support, you just need a line that has unlimited text and voice, data not required. So, I took an old android phone form a few years ago, spent 5 minutes getting it unlocked, and signed up for an unlimited voice and text no contract plan for $8 a month. That is literally my only cost going forward to have a way to send an unlimited amount of messages to people phones every month (I bought Tier 3 of SMS-IT), so I’ll never have to pay for Twilio or any other similar service.

When I first logged into the platform, it was a little confusing, so I scheduled a call and they literally setup everything on my account and showed me how to use it during that call. Support is excellent. I’ve contacted them a couple times and had responses along with actual help within a couple minutes both times.
