Q: Does Sociamonials Only Track Posts Published via Its Platform?
Hi there,
I’ve just started using Sociamonials and have connected my Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google accounts. However, I’ve noticed that the reporting section isn’t displaying any insights for my old posts. Is there a reason why the app isn’t pulling in data from posts that were published before I added the account? Or does Sociamonials only track and report on content that’s published directly through the platform itself? I just want to be sure I understand how the insights feature works.

We only track posts made through our platform. A big reason for this is that we have really advanced tracking. We report on revenue on e-commerce shops and leads from your form signups. You can even create custom tracking events to get full funnel reporting at each step. This would not be possible if we were reporting on posts made through other platforms.
