Q: Integration Question
When we integrate a social channel for a client, what will they see? For example, if I'm hooking up a client's Google Business Profile, will they have to allow Sociamonials access to their account, my custom white label or some generic name?

Jun 28, 2025A: Hello! First of all, I would just let them add their socials so they don't have to share their credentials. Generate a link in Workspace Preferences and send it over. If you have 5 codes you'll have White Label so it will have your domain and your logo. When they connect, all of our social apps are under the generic name 'Campaign Share' which isn't a real company. If you don't have 5 codes you can still do the above but it will have our logo and domain on the Connect Social Accounts screen.
