Q: signed up for all $89 + 10 codes and have questions
I was looking for more granular control on what was offered to the accounts so I upgraded my 10 pack to the agency Pro for an additional $89 per month.
1. Nothing seems to have changed on my dashboard after the upgrade. so I paid the upgrade amount but then I'm not getting any of the additional functions. so it's like I didn't purchase anything.
2. when I click on help it goes to a 504 error page. so there seems to be no way to submit a ticket except here on appsumo. is appsumo serving as your help desk application
3. I assume that this upgrade would also give me access to the AI function, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Is that also an additional amount?

1. First, you really need to take the 5-Day Agency Startup Challenge video series. It will walk you through setting up the entire software, it provides funnels for starting niche SaaS and agency lines of business, it provides details for creating Industry Domination Bundles, a website is provided, etc. As for seeing where the difference is, everything is housed within the AgencyPro tab of your Agency Dashboard. Please go there and you'll see all the upgrades.
2. This means that you likely changed the live chat to your own chatbot and pasted the code incorrectly. Our live chat is provided free of charge and is non-branded, so you might just want to switch off the live chat override and let our chat work for you 24/7. If it is still giving an error, maybe Dashly was down? I just tried it and it works fine.
3. No additional amount. The $89/mo unlocks AI Writer Premium on all workspaces. There's a chance that something went wrong during the upgrade process and your account didn't get upgraded. Please go to live chat and ask them to check. They'll pull me in if they need help.
