Q: Signed up for maximum and have couple of questions
I signed up for maximum codes for white labeling but have concerns:
1. The AI upgrades require direct payment to Socialmonials, preventing true white labeling since billing remains within your platform.
2. I can't customize how many accounts each customer can access. Everyone gets everything, preventing me from selling tiered access levels. Are controls only available with the $190/month upgrade?
3. Your YouTube showed a unified social inbox which looked great, but I can't find it on the platform. Was this feature abandoned?
I planned to keep this long-term, but the inability to control access at account level is problematic. Without these customization options, white labeling functionality seems limited.
Or am I missing something?

1. You mentioned in another question that you've upgraded to our $89/mo AgencyPro addon. This unlocks AI Writer Premimum for all workspaces. You can switch on or off Premium for any Pricing Plans that you want, so you can have an upsell opportunity with your SaaS plans. The cost to you is the same. $0.
2. Since you have AgencyPro, just setup Pricing Plans. Within Pricing Plan settings, you can specify how many users, campaign entries, social profiles, etc. they can access so you can have tiered pricing for your SaaS. You can also lock/unlock features for each Pricing Plan.
3. This is still planned, but we are spending $16,000 this month alone on a separate team to implement code modernization and optimization over the next several months. It is just delayed but we still plan to do it.
