Bought this for Keap Integration, but that is not working and no date on when it will.
Yes, they have standard HTML integration and webhooks, but that is a ton of extra work, customization and integration that could be removed by fixing the API updates. Socialmonials support originally said a couple of days, now it is some vague future date. Not cool- since Keap API changes are not new... So check your integration carefully before puchasing and test, test test.... I only needed the contest side, so this is really dissappointing.
UPDATE: The team did a great job rushing to fix the API and get contacts into Keap. Unfortunately, the API literally only sends the contact data over and doesn't have the ability to work with tags. This is also NOT on their plans to include it.. So if your goal is to use the software with Keap and you want to automate actions inside of Keap, then you will have to use the HTML Form options to add them to any automations. Also both the Webhook and HTML forms are set up per account, so you can ONLY run one campaign at a time... Huge limitation.

Edited Jul 11, 2025Hello! The Keap integration has been upgraded to the latest version and works fine now. Sorry for the delay, the 3rd party API providers are terrible at notifying us of changes.
UPDATE: It is not true that you can only run one campaign at a time. You can run unlimited campaigns in our platform and all of our integrations pass dynamic data, including the name of your campaign, so you can create an integration once and within the campaign itself, you will have the option to select 1. Which integration and 2. Which list within that integration.
BOTTOM LINE: I have been creating robust integrations in ESP and CRM environments for my entire career and Sociamonials will not let you down. Reach out to us in chat and we'll work through it.
