Q: Is there a support email, or online help ticket system?
I tried sending email to "support@" and "info@" but those bounced.
(I prefer to use email vs. Telegram for various reasons.)
Anyway the first question is, since Tier-3 and Tier-4 are clearly aimed at businesses to generate leads, is there a way to have sub-accounts? (That is: I already have a billion things to do, so I'd really like to be able to delegate access to the tool; without giving access to the owner login.) If it's not available right now, I surely hope it's on your roadmap. This seems (?) like it shouldn't be a massive engineering lift for feature-add?

Regarding your question about sub-accounts: We understand how important delegation is for businesses, and we appreciate the suggestion! While this feature isn't available right now, it's on our roadmap. We're actively working on it and will share updates as soon as it's ready.
