Q: Issues with Location. Can this be fixed?

Hi, I'm having a lot of issues with your search filters and can this be resolved?
The location seems to be picked up randomly. If I put Canada, it can pick someone up from Taiwan and even posting in a different language altogether.
Apart from that, I can get data extracted from 2017 which may not be relevant so there's no timestamp filter that I can pick for posts or keywords or content that's within last week or month or 6 months. Do you plan to add that?
I am still trying your software but as good as it looks, the results will take me more effort to clean because most of them are irrelevant with a limitation of 2 keywords per search.
I want to hold on to my purchase but I'm finding it harder to convince myself to stay put here.

Can you help me out here and can we expect this to be solved?

A: Location filters on social media can sometimes be inaccurate due to how data is provided. For more precise results for location, use the Google Maps scraper.

We’re actively working on improving this, and we’ll let you know as soon as it's fixed.
