Leads queries are too general
I can scrape but only "Canada" , and not by Province; and only one title; where certain jobs have many titles, make the use quite limited for me as a recruiter.

great help with social leads
This tool doesn't get enough love compared to some hyped ones that don't even work properly. Maybe it's because the interface is a bit outdated or the leads are not EXACTLY 100% what you need (but come on, it's bulk keyword-based social scraping with no human oversight – you can't expect perfection).
While I don't need those social leads right now, as they don't fit into whatever I am doing at the moment, I can see that they can provide significant value if I suddenly have a use case for them.
Some cons:
- Documentation seems to be missing (I get redirected to a 404 page when I click on "how it works" in different sections of the dashboard).
- Support is not as fast as I would hope for (I reached out through Telegram and expected an immediate response, but I haven't heard from support so far, although it's Friday after hours).
- The roadmap hasn't been updated lately.
Pros:
- The platform is super intuitive (so I am not really upset about the 404s).
- The email validation works pretty well; I cross-checked it with EmailListValidation and BrandNav (other tools I picked up on AppSumo), and SocLeads' validation seems to be more thorough.
- It simply works! Whatever I click, I always get my leads related to my keyword, which are easily downloadable and clearly explain why each address appeared in the report.
So I wish the founder all the best and please keep working on SocLeads. It's great, and I hope you will continue to maintain it that way.

FB Leads not the best
I found a good number of the FB leads unusable. The LinkedIn leads were generally better, but don't expect to get any phone numbers.

Does not give many emails from scrape
Really easy to use, great price on AppSumo, but no choice but to refund this software. Unfortunately it prob gives me emails in only 10% of the contacts scraped. So not useful for me at all.

However, if you're using our social media scraping (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with keyword-based searches, we do provide emails in 100% of cases. If...

When I first saw this tool, I was absolutely thrilled. It seemed like exactly what I had been looking for. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed.
I operate mainly in the DACH region, so I specifically need DE contacts. I tried the various channels only to find that either there were too few entries or mostly EN entries being displayed.
The support team suggested I should only use the Multichannel option. However, the keyword functionality is quite limited, allowing only two keywords instead of a three-word phrase. Additionally, the Email Verifier kept giving me mixed results — sometimes valid, sometimes invalid. If I select the option to verify emails, why are the invalid ones still being included in the results?
The Download History cannot be deleted, which makes everything very confusing and difficult to navigate.
I truly wanted this tool to work for me. I would be more than happy to give it another try in a few months if it improves. But as it stands now, I had no choice but to return it. Such a shame. 😞
