This tool doesn't get enough love compared to some hyped ones that don't even work properly. Maybe it's because the interface is a bit outdated or the leads are not EXACTLY 100% what you need (but come on, it's bulk keyword-based social scraping with no human oversight – you can't expect perfection).

While I don't need those social leads right now, as they don't fit into whatever I am doing at the moment, I can see that they can provide significant value if I suddenly have a use case for them.

Some cons:

- Documentation seems to be missing (I get redirected to a 404 page when I click on "how it works" in different sections of the dashboard).
- Support is not as fast as I would hope for (I reached out through Telegram and expected an immediate response, but I haven't heard from support so far, although it's Friday after hours).
- The roadmap hasn't been updated lately.

Pros:

- The platform is super intuitive (so I am not really upset about the 404s).
- The email validation works pretty well; I cross-checked it with EmailListValidation and BrandNav (other tools I picked up on AppSumo), and SocLeads' validation seems to be more thorough.
- It simply works! Whatever I click, I always get my leads related to my keyword, which are easily downloadable and clearly explain why each address appeared in the report.

So I wish the founder all the best and please keep working on SocLeads. It's great, and I hope you will continue to maintain it that way.
