It'll take all your credits and customer service doesn't care
If I could attach screenshots, I would. I have run several searches that 'fail.' it will take the full credit amount for that run without delivering any results. I have contacted customer service about this before the refund window which they never replied to and again this month when it happened again... they don't care.
