- Replies by founder takes forever, errors when deep diving hundreds of pages of PDFs when half finished and roadmap isn't updated. No news letters to inform of new features and both web and desktop have a lot of bugs. What a shame, this was such a good idea, if founder decides to pivot, an idea would be to sell lifetime license to use their app with BYOK version and 1 year of updates to continue development of the app.
