I've sent multiple emails and reported that the API isn't working, even with 2 concurrent requests, and many requests return empty values. 2 months now and it does not work. You selectively ignore all our questions that prove that your software does not work.. Will you ever fix it?!

I have also sent many emails with no reply. The other application they offered on Appsumo RocketScrape is also not working. All requests are responding with "Unauthorized", even in their playground. I can't get a response on either platforms
