I bought it, used it twice, scheduled a results email, and it only worked for a month. I wrote to support, and they never responded. No queries in the Playground yielded any results, and no one said anything. I don't understand why App Sumo has been offering this same service for over a year, even though it has such a poor rating. I want my money back, even though it's been 60 days, with a bad product that App Sumo continues to support despite the evidence.
