Yes, the form sent to the customer can be setup in multiple languages (includes the generated AI review). We currently support English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Latvian. If you need any other language just send us a message via the live chat.

You can set up custom questions to ask after the initial AI review has been generated. Based on the answers provided, the AI review will be customized.
