Q: User Access
Hello,
With the webdev kit being added is there the ability to have different access rights for users? For example, if one were to purchase tier 3/n+1 would they be able to assign admins to manage certain client sites vs being given access to the entire account?
It would be a problem if there is only one user account given regardless of the tier that is purchased as that would essentially negate the idea of being for agencies/developers since it would be extremely dangerous to hand access over to the main account to any VAs/employees.. to that end, ate we able to assign user access levels so that they won't have access to the billing pages and just have access to manage the client sites they are responsible without seeing any of the main account details like billiong as mentioned and other business details?
Thank you

Nov 27, 2024A: Hey there, Million! Thank you for your interest in Squirrly SEO.
You will be able to monitor the clients from a single account, and using the Web Dev Kit features, you'll have better control over every single ZIP file you install.
You can see everything about it here: https://howto12.squirrly.co/kb/web-dev-kit-all-plugin-customization-options/
However, you can't have multiple users connected to the same Cloud App account. The Cloud App is for a single user.
That said, we do have an open Roadmap where you can vote for existing posts, discuss them, or add your own feature requests.
If an item on our roadmap gets a lot of votes, that tells us it's something that a large segment of our users would find valuable. And that helps guide our development efforts.

Thank you for the response, I read through that page in it's entirety however, I was unable to find any mention of what I mentioned in my original question.
I may have been misunderstood..
If I purchase a tier 3 or more plan, I'm only getting one user account on the cloud app. So this product isn't for agencies as I would need to give access to my main account to my employees.. is that correct?
Thank you for the clarification. Yes, you will receive only one account/login that can be shared with your employees.
However, another way to go about it is to create the custom version of the plugin, download the zip, and send it to your employees or customers.
This way, they can install the plugin on websites without the need of any login credentials, as it will automatically link to your acc
Furthermore, if they install Squirrly SEO on any website, there is no need to access the account as everything can be done from the plugin.
