Q: Automation issues and powerups

Hi I’ve recently purchased stackby and I’m having issues with the automation feature. I’ve sent an email to support a few days ago as well as a follow up but have not heard a response. Separately, is there a lesser priced option than the purchase available for powerups. I need less than 5 for my needs and the $129 annual price point doesn’t quite make sense for my needs. Can someone assist?
