Username / e-mail is CASE-SENSITIVE!
Use small caps (no capital letter) when signing in.
Otherwise, you will get an error:
"Incorrect Username or Password entered. Please try again."

Jan 23, 2025A: Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The current system does require usernames and email addresses to be entered in lowercase, which can sometimes lead to login issues. However, we’re happy to let you know that our engineering team is already working on a solution. With our upcoming update scheduled for release this Monday, usernames and email addresses should no longer be case-sensitive, making logins much smoother.
