Fairly good, but problems with support

Although i trade on a different basis to the method Sterling advocates, i still find it a useful tool.
My initial contact with support was very good, but although they're friendly, i started having issues after that.
I received an email from Sterling on 22 June asking me to leave a 4 or 5 star review if i was happy with it, or to contact support to work through any issues i might have before leaving a review.
I did have an issue so didn't leave a review: i'd sent a support request through the website contact form, then a later follow up email—since i hadn't heard anything—but didn't receive a response to either after around 2 weeks. I wasn't going to contact support again, so left a comment on AppSumo that might get their attention.
Sure enough i soon received a reply, and i was told a response was sent to me, but that, in any case, support would be improved. I replied asking them to resend their response, but i haven't heard anything since, about a week later.
Another thing is that Sterling sends out alerts whenever stocks change ratings. I like this feature, but for whatever reason i normally get these alerts in duplicate.
I did as they asked and contacted support to resolve issues. But since the only method that seems to work is contact through AppSumo, i'm leaving this review.
