The ambition is there, but the product MVP execution is far from the vision itself. In 2022, the established and proven platforms for web-based live streaming services already exist. A product in this vertical either needs to have a business value or feature value that can trump or build a need for this product to succeed in this area. Unfortunately, it is too basic, to begin with.
We have gone through multiple levels of testing with this platform.
Here are the observations:
Pros:
- There is an option for a vertical screen

Cons:
- Unintuitive and busy interface - does not allow smooth experience without problems. Even entering the studio requires 2-3 refreshing times to get the camera to work.
- The lack of screen space optimization is apparent, and the left side bar wastes valuable screen area.
- Can't pre-plan - or schedule live shows
- Does not support FB group natively
- Does not support comment display or comment layer on screen
- Extremely difficult to manage screen layout. Each person, shared screen and camera must be assigned to A, B, C slot and only A slot can be full screen. A primitive way of managing screens.
- Almost all previous AppSumo products already etched the path and the quality of delivery, which does not require re-inventing the wheel. Restream, Be.live, Melon, Wave video, Flutin, and Non-LTD like Streamyard are way ahead of this.
- Flicky performance - jittery and voice/video lag is undeniable.
- "Chat with the audience" will only work from the landing page of the live show, and it will not collect or display any other sources (FB page, group, or youtube comments).

In its current state, this product needs to evolve extremely fast. Because as of now, it's visible and apparent there were not enough thoughts given to this product's MVP.

I already have restream, melon, be.live, wave.video beta, welder, streamyard. So this test was elementary.
