Q: I really hope you're kidding.
This product can actually kill buyer's businesses for copyright issues.
First - Some of your prompts even shows some artists( still living artists) name as way of creating something "similar" to that art. And this may be considered plagiarism.
Second - The way this kind of Ai works is basically based on the image training of millions of images. That IS a BIG copyright bomb. Some artists are even organizing class actions against these kind of businesses.
Third- There is no way to avoid producing similar content using this tech. Ex: if I use a prompt and then someone else uses it too, the result may look "too similar" to be protected by copyright, even if they will tell you so.. So at the end nobody will even have rights on those images.
You are playing with fire guys

May 15, 2024A: Like with any change, there is going to be those who disagree with the tech but those who embrace it, will see the biggest rewards. Using inspiration from other artists' work happens all the time. How many times do you see music bands get asked for their influences and you can hear it through their work? Likewise, artists also take inspiration from their peers, what they create however is truly unique and a recent copyright approval in the US for a completely AI-generated comic book sets a precedent. Our language is clear to give you full commercial rights as long as you respect the image rights of others (making images of celebrities etc would cause other issues if you were to commercialize those).
