Q: are you really working
I have a few questions, but I have sent emails for almost a week and have not received any response. Chat on the website, only the chatbot answers (does not solve the problem). I intend to buy the Reseller Version to use, but your customer care issue worries me. If I buy it, when a problem occurs, who will be the one to answer it?
There are 2 main issues here:
1/ I intend to buy Reseller Version to resell to my customers, but I don't know if my account is limited in number of messages and number of agents? If there is a limit, can I buy it from Appsumo to stack it?
2/ I have successfully integrated messenger, but the chatbot does not automatically answer questions (pre-trained). But when asking a question unrelated to data, it answers "Sorry, I don't understand. Can you rephrase?"

1. There is no limit to the number of messages and number of agents; you set them, and they are also related to the plan prices you set.
