1) Can we add more than 1 WhatsApp number through 360Dialog? The same with Google MyBusiness, and generally, can we add multiple channels of the same App?
2) For the self-hosted version, do you do you provide support and maintenance? How does feature updates work?
3) We are using Flowlu as CRM, can we synchronize contacts and deals between SupportBoard and Flowlu?
We plan to use support board mainly for whatsapp and social media channels and we want when a whatsapp message is received, for example, the contact owner be notified perhaps through a task or Flowlu Chat (Webhooks/APIs are available).

1. You can add multiple WhatsApp numbers only via Official WhatsApp API, not via 360Dialog. I strongly advise using Official WhatsApp API for multiple reasons. Google Busoness Message is only for 1.
2. Support is 6 months and you can renew it as well. Updates are automatic.
3. You need API and Webhook to sync it to other services. We do not provide free support for API and webhook but you can hire us.
