Q: I am a bit lost, please help.
1. I currently use Tidio. I want live chat with notifications for desktop and iPhone. Can Support Board do this? I know what you said about PWA but is notifications for iPhone definitely coming?
2. I use WordPress and WHMCS but not Woo. Which version do I need, PHP, WordPress, Cloud?
3. If I buy this LTD Support Desk Cloud, can I buy the other apps like WHMCS app etc?
4. On the desktop and PWA app, can I see live visitors?

1. Push notificaions on iOS devices (iPhone) are available only from iOS 16.4.
2. If you want to use the WHMCS app, you have to use the WP or PHP version. If you want the WP integration (e.g. WP user sync), you have to use the WP or Cloud version.
3. The AppSumo / Cloud version already included all the apps, you do not have to buy them.
