I strongly advise against purchasing or using Support Board !
It’s by far the worst chatbot tool I’ve ever tested.
1/ The customer service is downright unpleasant, making any interaction frustrating and unhelpful.
2/ The tool itself is a complete letdown; it delivers incomplete responses and often cuts off mid-sentence, rendering it practically useless.
3/ To top it off, I subscribed to Plan 2 and, as a test, opened just three chats with 3-4 questions each, only to immediately receive an email stating, “You’ve run out of credits. You no longer have credits available.”
This is unacceptable for a paid plan! There are countless AI chatbot alternatives that perform far better. Save your money and avoid Support Board at all costs.
I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others to avoid the same awful experience I had with Support Board.

You can buy Support Board credits, or, if you do not want to use credits, you can set OpenAI > Sync mode to Manual and use your API keys. Same thing for Google > Sync mode. A Versatile Chatbot
At first, I was frustrated because I tried to install it and couldn't, but the technical support from its founder was more than enough to get the tool up and running.
Supportboard offers solutions to many current chatbot problems. It has the tools and features necessary to enhance not only the automation of responses to often repetitive questions, but also a support ticket system and even AI training for the bot.
And although they have extensive documentation that explains each feature and product step-by-step, my only suggestion is that they should consider adding these translations into other languages in the future and try to further simplify any installation and configuration processes.
Otherwise, everything is fine. The product does what it says it does, and the cloud platform is very stable.
