I've signed up to several omnichannel chat apps over the past 2 years and Support Board is the first one to provide everything I'm looking for + more.

Setup is easy and support is responsive and helpful.

I've since purchased multiple accounts as want to have these available for future brands as this deal may not be around forever, and others have high monthly fees and still aren't as good.
