At this point I might just buy it to test but with webhook is the following possible
1. User Submits ticket (lets say from form delivered by hook) 2. outgoing webhook sends the users email address to another hook? 3. that "automation" then can create a internal note with information pulled from an external system that the user doesn't get to see?
I might even get a video series out of this so don't mind pulling the work
I have some pre-purchase questions 1. Are you planning have in the works or all ready support surecart integration? 2.How does email to ticket work? 3. Webhook ticket creation i.e so I can add this to a single website and have tickets sent from other sites via webform for example? 4. Are you planning have in the works Flowmattic Support, to allow for triggering other automations or notifications you don't natively support https://flowmattic.com/ 5. Are there good developer docs and lots of hooks and filters?
Thanks for reaching out with your detailed questions! We're happy to help clarify each one:
1. At this time, we don’t have plans for SureCart integration. However, we’re always open to feedback and may consider it based on user demand.
2. Once you set up email piping, any email sent to your support address will automatically create a ticket with the email content. It’s a simple and...
Thanks for the reply Tarek, the reason for the question about development docs is maybe I can create a widget or some sort of order overviews for people who are submitting tickets by using the sure cart external API which is extensive I effectively want to be able to see what products and licence keys they have purchased and that can be done with the API but I need to be able to put it in
to the support software and the API documents are sure cart are here https://developer.surecart.com/reference/introduction is there a hook where I can send the current tickets email to a function and then for adding look up information base don submission email / user account for example that I could link to that way I could just write a function to query the external API and pull in all i want
Thank you for taking the time to clarify your requirements.
Currently, Support Genix doesn’t offer a specific hook that would allow you to link an external API based on the ticket sender’s email or associated user account.
Q: About Departmental Functions
Hi. I don't seem to see the function about departments, even sending tickets between departments? Do you expect this to be added in the future? Thanks!
It sounds like you might be referring to the ability to create tickets under different categories. However, we’d appreciate a bit more detail to better understand your specific needs.
To better assist you, we kindly invite you to reach out to our support team directly:
A: Support Genix is designed as a WordPress plugin, so it does require a WordPress environment to function. However, you can still use it even if you don’t have a public-facing WordPress website, by setting up a dedicated internal support portal for your team and clients. You may read this article...
