Q: Cut any video to download video clips
Does this mean turning long form to YouTube shorts? I ultimately need to turn YouTube vids until shorts. How can this tool help me?

You're right it's more of a video editor feature. It's a slippery slope, because then people want to add stylish subtitles, a voiceover hook, sound effects, text, circles, arrows.... A good short is more than just cutting a long form - it's about emphasizing something within the long.
