It appears that it works again

Support contacted me and provided some instructions as to how to fix the problem.
At this moment, it appears that it is working fine again. Thanks for the follow up.

Joined a few days ago. At the beginning, the software seemed to work just fine.
Lately, I get this message: "Failid to parse the URL. ..." most of the times. Not happy with the software performance.
Contacted support 3 working days ago but no response yet.
Let me know how to fix this before asking for refund.

Dear customer, we are sorry for this. We have responded to all emails we received within 24 hours of the working day. We will check our spam folder for any missing requests. For the issue, please delete the folder Chromium from the path below:
Win: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\NablaMind\SurFast Video Downloader
Mac: /Users/xxxxx/Library/Application\ Support/NablaMind/SurFast\ Video\ Downloader/vd_server.log
If you are using the new v2.8.0 Mac version, please go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Clear Cache to hit the Clear icon to try again.
