We have had the ability to connect email accounts and send 1:1 sales emails to prospects from the beginning. We did have the ability to send such emails via Workflows system as well. But this caused confusion between Marketing Emails ( Users who have Opted In ) vs Sales Emails ( Cold Prospects ). Also cold outreach requires a different sending algorithm which restricts emails based on a max sending capacity per email account and should allow you to rotate sending via different email accounts. So removed Sales Emails from Marketing Workflows and have worked on a brand new feature called Sales Sequences to support Cold Outreach.
