Yes we have both Woocommerce and Shopify integrations and is available on license tiers.

And yes you can use the platform to send transactional emails as well. Once you connect a domain you can use different addresses to send marketing as well as transactional emails using our infrastructure.

Note that you cannot send cold emails through this, however we have a different feature where you connect your own email accounts which you can use for cold outreach.

It looks like you are in the Ecommerce space, so it may seem like you don't need Sales related features unless you do B2B. However even for e-commerce companies its common to partner up with Influencers and Creators for promoting UGC content to drive sales. Lets you want to reach out to influencers and creators to partner up, you can now find those creators and reach out to them via cold email sequences. You don't need a separate software for that. You can just set up a new workspace on Swipe One for that purpose.

So in a way, this is only platform you need for both Marketing & Sales.
