Unstable platform, poor support, and serious damage to my business

I have been trying to use Swipe One for over three months, and to this day, I have not even been able to complete the most basic step: capturing leads through my contact forms.

For years, I’ve used other platforms like ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, and SendFox without a single issue. My forms have always worked perfectly and reliably. However, with Swipe One, I have been completely unable to even get started.

After investing countless hours following tutorials, testing different configurations, and applying their support’s suggestions, the result has always been the same: nothing works.
After months of back and forth, the company finally admitted that the integration does not work.

What’s worse is that when the Swipe One team accessed my website to “help me,” they ended up breaking all of my site’s forms, which meant that I stopped receiving any leads without realizing it.

During that time, I continued investing €330 per day in paid advertising, sending traffic to forms that were completely non-functional. To this day, Swipe One has offered no solution and taken zero responsibility for the damages caused — neither for the wasted time nor for the significant financial losses.

In summary:
• Three months without being able to use the platform.
• Multiple failed setup attempts.
• Business operations impacted directly due to their intervention.
• No accountability taken by the company.

My experience is clear: this is a platform with major stability issues, broken integrations, and a support team unable to provide real solutions. My recommendation is simple: avoid Swipe One if you care about your business.

The product isn't perfect yet, but I think it will be by the end of the year

I'm giving 4 stars because it wouldn't be honest to give 5 stars to a service that isn't completely finalized yet.

I won't go into detail and say what others have already written, but I'll share my impression:

1. I listen to Swipe One's Discord daily, I contribute regularly and it's both very active and very healthy. Users are treated professionally and their requests are addressed quickly.

2. There's a real team behind it, not just 1 solopreneur. There are at least 3 or 4 of them intervening regularly, each having their specialty (UI, code, etc.). Swami, the service founder, is also very present.

3. You probably already know this: Swipe One complements Swipe Pages. And it's reassuring regarding the service's sustainability.

I would therefore say that at this stage, especially with Tier 5, you're potentially getting a CRM with no contact limits, equipped with a robust and powerful email marketing service. If the service continues to improve as it has for the past 6 months, by the end of the year, it will be really top-notch and you'll have made the deal of the century! Indeed, the LTD only costs 3 months of HubSpot subscription if you have several hundred thousand contacts.

Must Buy in 2025. (CRM + EM + AI Agents)

I have been using SwipeOne in combination with bolt to crete my Landing Pages recently, 100% AI and with a simple prompt asking bolt to ad the webhook from SwipeOne to the Appropriate form, it did the magic.

All my leads from the AI Created Landing pages are now integrated without the need of any third party tool and the AI Agents are another game altogether.

Pros:

Minimalist UI – The CRM feels fresh and simple, making it accessible for beginners.

Efficient Filtering & Segmentation – Quickly filter contacts based on lead status and save those filters as segments for easy access.

Search Functionality – Ability to find contacts by name or email in seconds, which is great for managing large lists.

Contact Activity Overview – Displays recent interactions, email history, and tags (e.g., "price sensitive"), giving a quick snapshot of a lead’s engagement.

Integrated Email Communication – Send emails directly from the CRM, with options for marketing emails, sales emails, and notifications.

Task & Notes Management – Basic task system helps keep track of follow-ups and to-dos related to each contact.

Workflow Automation – Supports multiple triggers (email activity, tags, segments, third-party integrations) to automate lead nurturing.

AI Email Assistant – Generates email content based on your business context, which speeds up outreach.

Cons:

No Central Task Dashboard – Tasks are attached to contacts but can't be viewed in one place, making task management harder.

Limited Task Features – No recurring tasks or detailed task descriptions—only short, minimalistic to-dos.

Gmail-Only Email Sending – The CRM currently supports only Gmail, limiting flexibility for users on Outlook or custom SMTP.

No Contact Enrichment – Unlike some advanced CRMs, it doesn't auto-enrich contacts with social profiles or additional data.

Limited Reporting & Analytics – Lacks deep insights into email engagement, sales conversions, or pipeline progress.

If you’re looking for a lightweight way to manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and track interactions, it’s a solid choice

If you need features like A/B testing, sales email sequences, pipelines, and the option to remove Swipe One branding, you'll need to upgrade to Tier 2 or higher.

Amazing - Saves so much time

I am loving swipe one, I've had it 6 months now and its progressed no end in that time, it’s growing into a proper beast of a tool and the automations and ai is so handy (saves so much time having it all in one tool)

Im a software developer myself, selling software worldwide for years, im fussy too and usually would prefer to make my own but not this time, loving SwipeOne.

Keep up the good work Swami and team you’re doing a great job.

The support is fast and very helpful too, not that i’ve needed much.

Dont miss out this tool used right will massively increase ROI, and its an amazing price.
