I switched after using Bl.ink since 2019.
I get so many more features, even in Tier 1!
Nice statistics with maps, that feature also UTM data.
The link in bio (Smartpage) is fantastic, and when posting a link, the preview image and description get updated immediately.
Everything looks beautiful and it's a pleasure working in this platform.

I bulk-exported my 140 shortlinks and was able to import them (it even checked that all links were working and spotted some that were broken). That took just about 10-15 minutes of downtime to switch all of it!

Note: I've been using https://tisha.tv as the root domain, and in Switchy I couldn't get it so it would recognize www as well, so I just went ahead to add www.tisha.tv as well, and it works.
I've had another minor hiccup with one slug that featured an uppercase, and customer service is a bit slow to respond but has been working on it. Switchy does make a difference if slugs are in uppercase or lowercase, as per my testing.

Overall, I'm more than excited and eager to share this with my students and audience - and I'm going to upgrade to Tier 2.
