I see that you have “AI powered chatbot” as the first item in the “Coming up” section of your Roadmap. Are you including it with this deal? I would suggest including it for tier 3 and higher with a limited number of included credits while also allowing us to use our own API keys for use beyond the limited credits. This way we don’t cause much of an extra expense to you.
A: Yes, we'll offer this to our LTD users as well(Above Tier 3 most probably). And yes we are looking into custom keys, because that would give our users flexibility with their usage as it is an LTD.
Since Tier 3 to Tier 10 plans have the exact same features (with different limits) it seems reasonable to assume that they were mapped to the same plan and would receive the same updates. I had hoped that you would answer this before the deal ended. Using API keys shouldn’t cause you to have much expenses for the AI bot feature so I hope that you will include this for T3 and higher.
