record the workshop and upload it on vimeo or youtube for others or for integrating in an LMS?
use the music in mp3 with voice-overs and sell them? (not the music alone, the music would just be a small part of it)

Yes, with the Tier 2 (Commercial License), you can:
- Use the music live in online workshops
- Record those workshops and upload them to Vimeo, YouTube, or integrate into an LMS for on-demand viewing
These use cases are fully covered under the Tier 2 license, as long as the content is video-based and used in a business or educational context for a company under 50 employees.
However, the following use case is not covered:
- Creating MP3 audio products with voiceovers that include our music and then reselling those audio files — even if the music is only a small part.
- This would fall under resale or redistribution of music in an audio-only format, which is not permitted under the standard Tier 2 license.
That said, if you’d like to send over an example of the product or use case, we’d be happy to review it and let you know if it might qualify for a custom license.

Exactly, yes! You can use it in your online courses. And all the music is royalty-free (globally) for commercial use so it is also GEMA free. For example, if you are selling the course on Udemy its ok to use the music in the background so long as your company is under 50 employees.
