Q: I wanted to upgrade
I purchased three or four days ago and I wanted to try the software out before I went to your top tier on the platform, but unfortunately I have never had access to it yet. I reported it to you and appsumo you guys were working together. you sent me a message to email you. I did including the purchase details but I never received a response and I still don’t have access and by reading these comments, it looks like this has happened to a few other sumo customers that purchased from you. I’m not sure if they got their issue resolved, but I still don’t have access and now I will not have the ability to upgrade to the tier 2 offered on this platform because it expires shortly. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m patiently waiting to have access. You stated you would send me a link that would grant me access to my purchase please do thank you.
