Thank you for your interest in SyncMonster! To address your query: Our translations are generated by training industry-standard language models, ensuring the highest possible accuracy. Regarding text-to-speech, this feature isn’t currently available in SyncMonster. However, if you have dubbed audio, you can easily lip-sync your video with it for a natural, authentic...
Thanks for your question about SyncMonster’s Tier 1 credits! Tier 1 provides 1,800 credits, and since we’re only considering translation costs (0.5 credits per second), let’s calculate.
A 5-minute video is 5 × 60 = 300 seconds. Translation alone costs 300 seconds × 0.5 credits = 150 credits per video. If you translate this video into 6 languages (creating 6 videos), that’s 150...
Thank you for your interest in SyncMonster! To clarify, our translation feature does include auto voice cloning, which means the translated audio will retain the tone and style of the original speaker’s voice while adapting it to the new language. This ensures a natural and authentic feel across all 35+ languages we support.
the tone of voice needs to be manual, not automatic. the person i am dubbing speaking perfect engish in real life but you are forcing an arabic accent automatically with the translation. it doesnt feel natural at all. in fact she sounds liek a spanish native speaking in english and she is not.
Q: Credit question
I see your answer here "Thanks for your question about translating a 10-minute video with SyncMonster! The credit usage depends on the video’s duration, not the number of languages you translate into. Since 1 credit equals 0.5 second of translation, a 10-minute video is 600 seconds in total. So, 300 credits will be consumed for 10 mins video regardless of how many languages you choose."
But, when I tried on your system. After upload a video, I can choose only ONE language to translate to, not multiple language, and when I try to translate to another language your system count the credit.
Is it possible to translate 1 minute video to 5 languages and use only credit of one minute video?
You are selling here onetime credit so it should not expire after one year, should be onetime credit for lifetime.
To address your questions: SyncMonster can only process one language per video at a time. You can upload the same video again to translate it into another language, but selecting multiple languages in one go isn’t available.
Additionally, the credits are tied to your subscription and must be used within the specified duration. Any unused credits will expire after the subscription...
