So frustrated.
I don't care that I can't download email address on the appsumo plan, as long as I can contact the candidates. But alas, every time I try to enter my email address, the software hangs.
I've emailed support with no response.
I've tried using Brave, then Edge and then Crome (which i never use so it has no plugins or extensions to block a site). All the same result.
I put in my credentials for my email account, and ... press the button to test the connection. That passes. But when I press "confirm" - nothing. TapFlow never saves the email address.
The fact that I can't get support to contact me back, after waiting about two days, is super frustrating.
It should have been made clear that you can not download candidate emails. OR have an email system that works.
Sorry, really wanted to like this.
