Q: Email Lists purchased from reputable company?
Hi. I am looking to purchase tarvent. I am aware you dont allow cold emails. I have an email list of medical professionals (I am one too) from a company focused on obtaining emails with purpose of us medical professionals getting other emails from other brands etc. They have a good compliance team and confirmed that the emails comply with opt-in/consent and privacy from the relevant countries. Will these email address be accepted on Tarvent as we have done our due diligence ensuring we don't 'cold email'. Thanks.

May 7, 2025A: Thanks for asking. No matter where you get this list, purchased lists aren't allowed. The reason is that the people did not give your company permission. As a result, when you send them an email, there is a much higher chance of them reporting your email as spam, and causing issues with our IP reputation. There can also be issues with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and other laws and regulations that we do not want to be liable for. I hope that makes sense.
