Hardly works
There are far too many issues to use it properly. I really wanted it to work as the proposal looked promising and powerful.
- The load speeds are insane, at times it takes 5 minutes just to load the dashboard, the thing just spins and spins. (Support has been informed about it months ago)
- When testing your campaigns at times the system will get "stuck" somewhere and even test e-mails won't come through, when surprise surprise they will arrive all at once half an hour later. While you have been checking your DNS records and what not.
- The features get changed, while documentation does not get updated.
- I purchased some add-ons, that I can't use. I asked for a refund, but got refused. So I paid for software and add-ons that I can't use.
Overall having used email marketing tools this is super complex and the basics don't work. It takes far too much effort and time just get something up.
And please don't come with a reply that I can get in touch with you for issues. We spoke over 3 months ago and the issues are still here.

• Add-ons and Refunds: Our no-refund policy is transparently communicated prior to purchase, intended to maintain fair practices across our entire user base. The add-ons you've purchased are technically fully accessible and operational. We'd be more than happy to provide extra guidance to help you effectively leverage these features.
