Q: Couple of clarification questions
Hey - tool looks great, will be jumping on board, but just deciding between the tiers.
1. I see a lot of questions/reviews concerning access to the app. I believe in your review responses, you say this is available at Tier 4, but the 15th row down in the features tab, it says all tiers have access to "Mac and PC desktop app"? Is this the same app?
2. I'm fine with browser based automations, should be fine my use cases to start out, but is there any limitations with the browser, other than not being an app?
3. "File Downloads: 10" - is that file downloads per month? Do your users often find that restrictive? I can't see it being an issue for me, but wanted to know more.
4. Can I upgrade tiers at any time, or once the AppSumo sale ends, I'm stuck with what I choose?

So yes; just so you don’t run into some of those “apps” issues where we get blamed for not including apps, jump on at least tier 4!
To your second point you still do get 1 apps based flow included!
Yes thats file downloads per month. It depends on if you’re needing downloads a lot. But tbh HONEST, so many people do go with tier 4 just bc. And yeah if you new to upgrade we usually honor an upgrade for loving customers! ;) Hope to see you in!

Hey! Thanks for the reply - and that all makes sense.
Follow up question, what "apps" is defined as? Because the features also say "unlimited workflow automations".
For example, say I wanted to scrape Google Search results for a specific keyword, and then automate a separate function to post on my Facebook page. Are they 2 separate apps, or workflows. Would need to be on Tier 4 to do both? TY!

Sorry for the duplicate comment, I believe I found the answer to my question, Tiers 1-3 I can select one of the apps from this page: https://www.taskmagic.com/apps - but Tier 4, I can have unlimited app connections?
