Q: Does the company still view Tier 1 customers as "cheap"?

I'm seriously considering purchasing Tier 1, as the product looks promising. However, while doing my due diligence, I came across a review from November 25, 2024, where a user gave detailed feedback on their frustrating onboarding experience.
The founder's response has made me hesitate. To the user, you said: "Bradley - you can’t be cheap and expect not to see paywalls lol. You’ve only got tier 1 access; so yes you’d see paywalls..."
As someone about to purchase that same Tier 1, this is concerning. Could you please clarify:
* Does the company still view Tier 1 customers as "cheap"?
* Is the Tier 1 onboarding experience intentionally frustrating to push users to upgrade, as your comment seems to imply?
Your public response here will be the deciding factor in whether I, and likely others, choose to invest in your tool. Thank you.

A: Hey Kevin - “cheap” is more of a mindset. If you expect the world for $89, and get frustrated or mad when the system asks you to upgrade to get other features or more flows, etc then yes we consider you “cheap”. If you understand you paid $89 for the life of a tool and you take your time and you’re nice and kind to others and our support staff and community, they we give you the world. We give you ALOT! Just ask Around. Cheap has nothing to do with the amount of money you spend on something. It’s all about the mindset…don’t be cheap.
