Q: We need some explanation on limits
1) I saw this comment "There is no access to cPanel, but you can add subdomains (one per site).". Does that mean we ONLY can have 1 subdomain? That's bad. Not usable for 99% of users.
2) 20GB storage. Ok not much.
3) What is the bandwidth? Couldn't find answer.
4) Do you optimize websites? Somehow? Because most of the WP hosting do. For free if you are subscribed to any plan.
5) no CDN, no plan for it and you are based in Germany. How do you serve clients in Tokio?

Apr 9, 2025A: Thank you for your questions! Let me address each point:
1) The subdomain limit is one *per site* (and you can create multiple sites with this deal). We understand this may be a limitation for some users and have it on our roadmap to expand, but we can't guarantee a timeline. So if having more subdomains is critical to your workflow, this deal might not be the right fit.
(Just to clarify for others reading: subdomains are like something.yoursite.com, not yoursite.com/blog.)
2) The 20GB storage is included by default. If you need more, storage can be expanded anytime (though this falls outside of the AppSumo deal — please contact us directly for upgrade options).
3) All sites benefit from up to 1 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth, which is more than sufficient for the vast majority of use cases.
4) We provide fast, optimized servers — but we leave site-level optimization (e.g. caching, image compression, etc.) to the users. This gives you full control using the WordPress plugins of your choice.
5) You're right — we're based in Germany, and at this point we don’t use a CDN. We are exploring options to serve content from multiple locations in the future, but we don’t have a timeline yet. That said, many speed-related issues can often be improved significantly with good local optimizations before a CDN even becomes necessary.
