Welcome back! A few pre-purchase questions: 1. What is the difference between KDMARC and TDMARC? 2. Why the brand change? 3. Your previous deals had more domains (2/4/6), could you please realign? 4. Could you have the tiers align with years? Tier 1=1 year, Tier 2=2 Years, Tier 3=3 Years 5. There are no pricing or cost details on your website; how much for additional domains? Emails per 1,000/5,000/10,000?
Again, thank you for returning. Considering the change to annual plans, the boost in domains may help those that typically have a personal site and mailing list and a handful of customers. Also, we appreciate the offer to renew at the same price annually.
6. Will there be an option to renew at various tiers? For example start with Tier 2 and renew at Tier 1 or 3?
Hey Sumo Fam! No need to get frustrated. We originally tried launching with an annual subscription just to get early users to experience the platform, share feedback, and leave honest reviews, but your voices are loud and clear: you want that LTD! In fact, seeing all the love and demand for a Lifetime Deal is exactly what’s pushing us to fast-track the LTD launch.
Q: Was about to purchase until...
Hi Team,
Product looks great - I was about to buy Tier 3 until I realized it was annual access. Is there an LTD option I'm missing?
We use appsumo to test new software before signing up for another subscription. This is another subscription.
Tier 3 is for 2 year access and a medium email volume and number of domains. We have given the yearly access so that you can use try and test the product begore buying it for long term or lifetime.
Q: Renewal Price?
If we sign up for a 1-year deal via AppSumo, what is the renewal price after the 1-year deal ends?
Hey, right now, the plans showing are 1-year and 2-year access. But here's the good news: the Lifetime Deal is coming very soon!
We started with shorter-term plans to get early feedback, but based on the strong demand (and awesome community like you), we’re fast-tracking the LTD launch.

Q: Lifetime Deal!?!
Says Lifetime deals aren't going anywhere but all that's available are useless automatically-expiring 1/2yr options.

Q: This isn't a lifetime deal
Do you have lifetime deals? It says 1-year access and 2-year access!
