Q: Managing Multiple Client Tasks
I have a bunch of tools already that I use for content creation and scheduling. My weak point, however, is juggling multiple projects at the same time. For example, one client gets 1 blog post per day. The other gets 3 per week. Another gets 5 videos uploaded to YouTube and Rumble per week, while yet another gets 1 post on X per day.
Is there a way that you can explain this to one or more project management agents and have them keep track of what has been done on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule?
For example, can the agent keep track of deadlines and remind me that I still need to upload a podcast to Spotify for a specific client? How would something like this work.
Right now, I'm keeping track manually of what has been done (created or uploaded) and what still needs to be done.

May 29, 2025A: Thank you so much for sharing your workflow. We totally see how helpful it would be to have project management agents handle this kind of task tracking and reminders.
At the moment we are focusing on developing and refining our mini apps first, so features like agent-based task management and deadline tracking will take a bit more time to roll out. It is definitely on our roadmap, but it will not be available in the immediate future.
We really appreciate your patience and we will keep you posted once this functionality becomes available.
