Q: Using tier3 right now and had a few questions.

Can you change the workspace name?
How do you add more than 1 brand?
I have 3 brands that I need help with, each of them is very different with each other. So how can add all 3 of them?

A: At the moment, each TeamPal workspace only supports one brand. We currently do not support multiple workspaces under a single account.

So, to manage three different brands, you'll need to create three separate accounts, each with its own workspace and brand information.

We understand this may not be ideal, and the ability to manage multiple workspaces under one account is something our team is actively considering for future updates.

I don’t see the issue with allowing more brands under Tier 3. The usage limits stay shared, so it doesn’t cost you more, just makes the plan more flexible. Think of it like extra seats at the same table. No extra food, just more room to grow.

At this price point, most SaaS platforms offer a top-level company profile with multiple brands underneath. Opening up for it will gain more orders/ upgrade

Please add a tier4 if you must for adding more brands. Having separate accounts for each of your brand is not acceptable. I might have to look elsewhere to better meet my multi brand needs otherwise.
You maybe can do tier4 for 3 brands, tier5 for 7 brands. Would love to go tier 4 or even 5 this way.

Please let me know your thoughts on tier4 for multi brand/workspace in the future.
