TeamPal is set up as soon as you put some basic info about your business. You can choose pre-configured agents, customize them, or create new custom agents from scratch. You can set up a knowledge base of online and uploaded sources, and fine tune agents to access what you want. It is easier than setting up a custom GPT, and there is a choice of LLMs to assign to agents. I do wish that more LLMs were available, but that will probably happen. New features such as workflows and custom apps are in progress.

This is a lot easier than building a custom RAG system.
