Q: Agency Bookings - Make.com broken?

Hello,
I recently upgraded our plan to an agency plan. Before we used make.com to "watch for new booking" and now it no longer works with our team bookings. Is this a known issue? Is the API updated to work with team bookings? Thank you for your help.

Q: SMS Reminders

On your main website, you have a green checkmark indicating that SMS reminders are included in the agency plan. Yet, when I read the FAQs here, it sounds like there is no SMS.

Can you please confirm the feature, if it is included, and if there is an SMS send limit in the agency plan?

Thanks for your question!

At this time, attaching documents directly to the booking form is not supported in TidyCal. However, you can still share important files by including a URL link to the document (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) in the booking description or confirmation message.

To increase your current tier 1 TidyCal plan to tier 2 (Agency), please follow the steps below:

- Log into your AppSumo.com account.
- Go to your Products Page here: https://appsumo.com/account/products/
- Look for the TidyCal product you purchased and press the down arrow menu on the right-hand side of the product.
- Select the "change plan."
