Q: annoying notifications

Hi,

The customer mentioned that they received 20 emails for their booking: 10 confirmation emails and 10 invitation emails.

Do you have a system in place to send only one email when multiple bookings are made?

If not, please let me know how to remove the invitation emails.

Thank you for your email.
Do you happen to use Outlook calendar?
If so, sending update emails to all participants in the booking is not a TidyCal feature but an MS Office calendar feature, sadly.

The only way to stop that from happening is to switch over to the Gmail calendar as a primary calendar, because Gmail calendars do not send notifications to all meeting participants.

We are looking into this feature together with the MS team as we speak, and we hope their team will be able to offer an option to disable all participants meeting notifications soon.
